CCI provides independent, discreet, high level risk consultancy for corporations operating in Brazil, Argentina and Chile. It results from the fusion of the companies of two friends and former colleagues who have pooled their knowledge and experience of Brazil to provide corporate clients with credible, objective and actionable business intelligence and information.
Its mission is to work with clients to identify, evaluate and manage the full range of business risks, thereby improving returns and shareholder value to the enterprise.
Based in Sao Paulo, its partners are Jim Wygand, former President of three international risk management and business information companies in Brazil, and Ian Bannister, former head of fraud and security at HSBC Brazil and a former Director at Control Risks Brazil.
Jim and Ian together have approximately 55 years experience of living and working in Brazil, and draw on an extensive network of current and former business executives, lawyers, accountants, intelligence and law enforcement experts to meet clients´ specific requirements. They conduct their work with absolute confidentiality and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and with international privacy regulations.
